MidChains is committed to ensuring integrity and transparency on the MTF as a regulated institution. To achieve this, we require accurate information from you to enhance the relationship we continue to build with you. Upon registering on our platform, you are required to provide proof of address that matches your registered details. Based on your country of residence, you are required to submit the following:
What do we accept as proof of address?Â
At the moment MidChains accepts the following documents as Proof of address:Â
Utility bill [water, electricity, landline bill or statement, e.g. for UAE residents ADDC/DEWA/DU/Etisalat (landline only) bill]; OR
Tenancy agreement (e.g. for UAE residents Tawtheeq/Ejari); OR
Tax residence certificate;Â OR
Bank or credit card statementÂ

Important notes:Â
All the above-mentioned documents must be (i) in English, (ii) specify your name and identifiable address (apartment/villa number, building/street name or number, area, city, country) and (iii) be issued not more than 3 months ago.
If you do not have any of the above documents in your name because you reside with family/relative/spouse or your accommodation is provided by the employer or company, please use this template confirmation letter accompanied by another proof of address document and any identification document (passport or ID card) in the name of the signatory.
