Proof of Wealth 

MidChains is committed to ensuring integrity and transparency on the MTF as a regulated institution. To achieve this, we require accurate information from you to enhance the relationship we continue to build with you. Upon registering on our platform, we may require you to provide proof of wealth based on the ways how are you generating it.

What do we accept as a Proof of Wealth supporting document?  

• Employment

  • Salary slips for 3 months; OR 

  • Employment letter; OR 

  • Records of employment/Social Security records 

• Business Ownership 

  • Confirmation of ownership; AND/OR 

  • Latest financial statements (if available, audited); AND 

  • Business contracts, invoices; OR 

  • Tax reports 

• Inheritance 

  • Document confirming inheritance (court probate, will copy, etc.); OR 

  • Documents confirming ownership of inherited assets 

• Investments (various types) 

  • Title Deeds/Tenancy Agreement (if from real estate); OR 

  • Investment Portfolio; OR 

  • Tax reports
